Deposits
To confirm a travel booking we will require a non refundable deposit to be paid within 48 hours of an itinerary being made. Deposits vary in amount & are non-refundable depending on the product booked and our suppliers’ demands. Please contact 2UK for further information on the deposits required for your trip.
Amendments
Where a travel provider withdraws a fare, amends or cancels a previously confirmed booking we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative. You can then choose to accept the alternative, transfer to another available holiday of your choice (if this is more expensive you will be liable for the additional cost, but if it is cheaper we will refund the difference to you), or finally you may cancel and receive a full refund. Where you decide unilaterally to make a change to a confirmed booking we will do our best to make the change for you but we reserve the right to charge amendment fees (subject to change, please contact 2UK for details).
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing received by us at least 48 hours prior to your departure from Australia. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or other services made directly by you regardless of whether written proof is given. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your departure from Australia we reserve the right to charge you cancellation charges up to the full amount you have paid. Where you decide unilaterally to cancel your original booking 70 days or more prior to your departure from Australia you will receive a full refund less the deposit paid at time of booking. Where you decide unilaterally to cancel your original booking within 70 days of your departure from Australia cancellation charges will apply. Please contact 2UK for further information on the cancellation fees associated with your trip.
Final Payments
Final payments on bookings must be paid 60 days prior to your departure from Australia. Bookings made between 14 and 60 days of your departure date from Australia will require full payment within 48 hours of the time of booking. Bookings made within 14 days of your departure date from Australia will require immediate full payment. Should final payments not be paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and apply cancellation charges (please contact us for details). Please note that until final payment is made prices are not confirmed. Due to currency fluctuations and supplier changes 2UK reserve the right to pass these price changes on to our customers.
Credit Card Payments
We do not charge administration/service fees on original deposits made by credit card. However we do reserve the right to charge such service fees on amendment fees and balance payments. Please contact 2UK for further information.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Your insurance should not only provide medical cover but should cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. All travel providers charge amendment and cancellation fees. We will not take responsibility for clients who do not take comprehensive insurance cover when booking to cover these eventualities. Please note that our insurance cover cannot be changed or transferred and insurance premiums are 100% non-refundable.
